I am now an appointed director of FP Consultants International Pte Ltd. The firm develops learning programs on corporate governance, operational risks and compliance for the financial sector globally. The firm also develops learning tools that are game-based to provide experiential learning. The game-based learning process enhances the learners' capability in applying acquired knowledge to daily work resulting in higher awareness of work delivery quality that leads to improved work performance.
