Extensive hands on project management and testing experience with expertise in trading, financial accounting, operational, treasury, credit, regulatory, and risk applications in banking, trading, and brokerage environments. Broad and deep experience with all aspects of the SDLC from planning through implementation and support, including requirements definition, communication, risk management, test planning and execution, defect tracking, change control, project acceptance and subsequent enhancements. Expertise in FX, futures, derivatives, and physical commodities trading, processing, and reporting. Heavy experience and expertise in project tracking, metrics, variance analysis, stakeholder management, status meetings, presentations, budgeting, documentation, and PMO reporting Excellent communication, problem solving, and team building skills. MS Office, MS Project, SQL, Mercury, Rational, JIRA. Major initiatives include system migrations, integrated FX trading and accounting systems, multi-phase STP projects, OMS’s, and Y2K. Five years on a foreign exchange trading desk managing all operational aspects from ticket through audited financials and credit, positional, forward, and EFP risk.
