•Interim CFO and/or Controller services for closely held companies •Improve operating profitability and efficiency by providing financial and cash forecasting, strategic, operating, capital, and cash budgets, variance analysis, and ad hoc analysis to enable management to make timely, informed decisions •Preparation of financial reports, GAAP, regulatory, and tax compliance, subsidiary accounting, annual audit preparation,interaction with external auditors, month and year end close, A/P, A/R, payroll, inventory, and general ledger management •Bookkeeping services, compilations, and reviewed financial statements •Income, sales, and property tax preparation •Set up Quickbooks, troubleshoot existing Quickbooks issues, streamline processes, train and assist staff in implementation of consistent application of processes and procedures to produce auditable financial statements in compliance with GAAP
