Currently VP of Sales and Marketing with Pragmatic Solutions Ltd. What we are about is the evaluation of the risks that companies carry, the evaluation of the strategies they have developed to mitigate that risk and to determine the effectiveness of these strategies. We also provide different metrics that provide a clearer picture of the true functioning of their safety or loss prevention programs. Our purpose is to assist companies in understand where they truly stand in order that they may move more towards an effective risk management program rather than an activity based safety program. We have developed process and tools for the evaluation of quality of process rather than just the completion of process. In other words, “we are less interested in what you do than on how well you do it”. We are more focused on quality risk mitigation than on full regulatory compliance. We search for direct cause and effect links regarding the outcomes in safety. Sadly what we usually find is that LUCK is the greatest factor in success.
