I don't know what area we should focus on in order to generate business but I have two major areas of expertise. I work with a group that provides structured financing and investment solutions with a focus on small and mid-cap listed shares throughout the world. They invest in seasoned and new debt with small cap and mid-cap companies that trade on every public exchange world wide. They create balance sheets that are more attractive to investors. I also provide liquidity for companies via non-recourse stock loans. By "non-recourse" I mean that if the stock price drops below the loan value, they are not required to repay the loan. They simply surrender the stock and keep whatever funds were advanced to them. As you can see, they receive the best of both worlds. I would like to discuss this potential with you.
