My partners and I have created a CFO using Senior Life Settlement Policies as collateral. To mitigate the risk related to liquidity, we have purchased a Single Premium Immediate Annuity to pay the premiums associated with the policies. We have also tackled issues with respect to the bond coupon payments, and longevity risks. I am looking for prospective buyers, Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, and Broker Dealers.
