Fuad Strik, CMC certified management consultant from April 2012, founded its own company - StrikConsulting d.o.o. in October 2005, when he started career of professional management consultant. In a short period of time, company achieved the highest reputation through the project implementation in the field of restructuring and increasing competitiveness of SMEs. Now, StrikConsulting (www.strikconsulting.com) is recognized as one of the leading and the most reliable B&H management consulting companies particularly in the area of change management, SMEs export competitiveness improvement and strategic business restructuring. From April 2011 he is certified consultant for international Benchmarking system for SMEs. With increasing market demand for implementable and sustainable solutions in energy efficiency and renewable energy, StrikConsulting expanded its operation in that area, which fitted naturally to the Fuad’s engineering background and experience. In Septembar 2011 he is appointed for Honorary Consul of Finland in B&H. During the period of May 2007 – April 2009 he was engaged as an advisor in the cabinet of Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, focused on support to private sector development and projects financed by international institutions. Prior to that engagement, Fuad held the Country General Manager position of the Coca-Cola bottling business in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the nine (9) years. He managed to make the Coca-Cola business one of the most successful foreign investments in the country. For his work he was awarded the title of the Manager of the Year 2000 by the Business Magazine and he received award for the International Company of the Year in 1999, on behalf of Coca-Cola Beverages B-H. He was a co-founder and the first President of the Foreign Investor Association in B&H and President of the Board of American Chamber of Commerce in B&H. Today he is President of Management Consultants Association of B&H – LESPnet, and the President of Assembly of Center for Education and Raising Awareness of Energy Efficiency - Energis. Fuad graduated in electrical engineering (1976) at the University of Sarajevo, and completed a management and leadership education program at the I.M.D. Lausanne (2002). He obtained wide international business experience working for the engineering company Osted, Austria (1994 – 1996) mainly at the market of Russia and CIS countries. Previous to that during 12 years of his career within the company Energoinvest, Sarajevo he obtained large experience, both local and international, in design and implementation of supervisory control and data acquisition systems (SCADA) in electric power systems.
