I am a Human Resources (HR) professional with 17 years of experience in varied industries like Business Process Management, Hospitality, Telecom, and Electronics. A committed result oriented individual, I have worked across HR-Domains including, Strategy, Organization Development (OD), Change Management, Learning and Development (L & D) & Performance Enhancement and Management of Operations. As a proactive planner and Implementer, I have led cross-cultural teams with consistency of purpose across geographical boundaries. Having worked with top Indian Groups and multinationals such as Somfy (French MNC), Spice Group (Singaporean MNC), Oberoi Group (Indian MNC), Advanced Technology Enterprises, New York, my last stint was with EXL Service (American MNC) as Assistant Vice President in the Capability Development Function. I am currently looking for a job in the HR domain. I can for sure put in my two cents of the HR business perspective with the focus on the rapidly changing scenarios.
