Position: Business Development Manager Company: Kawambwa Tea Company Limited The company grows , processes and markets tea from its Estate in Luapula province in Zambia. I am responsible for the financial and marketing aspects. Risks such as liquidity, gearing, understatement of liabilities, fraud, management, political, economic and cultural have been encountered in various forms at different stages. The challenge has been to attempt to keep these risks within manageable levels whilst at the same time driving organizational performance. This has not been an easy balance to achieve given the capital structure of the company.
