I am an independent consultant with 10+ years of experience in leading humanitarian aid and development cooperation programmes for the Italian Government in East Africa, the Middle East, Sri Lanka, and Central America. Starting from 2012, I am acting as international development consultant for private companies, NGOs, international institutions operating or intending to operate in countries at medium/high risk or political/social complexity.
