I am passionate about coaching individuals to master the psychological and business complexities of 21st century living. I truly believe that success in all its many guises can be obtained as long as we don’t let life get in the way of living. My work as an Executive Coach is as one of the leading personal development and transformational coaches in the UK and I believe in combining academic rigour with down to earth communication skills. I was a founding member of the Association for Coaching and am now the Chair and a Life Fellow of the Association for Coaching in the UK. One of my passions is innovation and I am one of the four UK founders of Cognitive Behavioural Coaching. As an internationally published author with a range of books of a popular and academic nature on coaching and counselling, my books include "Performance Coaching for Dummies", "Positive Psychology for Dummies" and " Essential Business Coaching". I sit on the Editorial Board of "Coaching at Work" and write for a number of professional journals about coaching.
