AM currently the Country BCM Manager for Barclays Bank in Uganda. i have More than 5 years experience in IT, and more than 3 years experience in Banking and Financial Services, specifically in Business Continuity Management (BCM) with responsibility in Barclays Bank Uganda of developing, maintaining, managing and delivering the Barclays Group Business Continuity Program across the Uganda business. Working with senior executives in establishing critical activities and providing strategy solutions, providing support, guidance and training to over 100 Business Continuity Co-ordinators (BCCs) in order to develop fit for purpose plans, ensuring that all plans are tested and validated. I under take crisis exercises with senior executives who are part of the Crisis Leadership Team (CLT), so that there is confidence that a crisis can be well managed to minimise risks and losses.
