I am a commercial director with over 15 years of professional experience and a reputation for effective market development, market-level embedding, generation of demand capability, customer relationship management, and people leadership. I have an MBA and a University degree of Economics. My work experience includes more than 10 years of management at the executive level. In these roles, I was directly responsible for the functional management of logistics, human resources, and finance (e.g. at Duckic prom I managed 7 offices, 5 warehouses, and more the 50 people). My areas of strength are in the planning and implementation of supply chain economics and sales forecasting (e.g. at Andico d.o.o. I am responsible and accountable for budget planning for the countries under my purview in accordance with generally accepted accounting best practices and international standards--I provide Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements to executives). In my current role as Commercial Director at Andico d.o.o., I am a division leader and actively engaged in sales management, sales promotion, resource scheduling and logistics, as well as the building effective teams through mentoring and coaching. Over the last 10 years, I have supervised more than 300 people; my approach is to foster an open-door, collaborative, and highly participatory work environment that is culturally sensitive. In addition to work in the private sector, I have experience with public and broader public sector organizations (e.g. at Lipovac d.d. I worked with USAID and the Ministry of Agriculture). I can communicate effectively in English in business environments, both verbally and in writing. Personally, I am a nationally competitive triathlete and President of the Zagreb Triathlon Klub, a not-for-profit organization that promotes the sport and contributes to many worthwhile causes for the benefit of the community.
