I have operated my own Management Consultancy for 20 years, McGill International, with primarily in international development consultancy (under donor funding) in more than 20 countries with increasing focus on Change Management for government reform programmes. Previously, I was a Managing Consultant with Price Waterhouse Management Consultants for 10 years in UK & across Central & Eastern Europe after the fall of the Berlin Wall & the Soviet Union. The challenge in successful reforms is adapting the legacy "mind-set" in the organisation's senior management.
