During my 14 years in project and programme management, I have undertaken a wide range of assignments in the UK and across EMEA, specialising in the delivery of technology and change solutions to address complex business issues. With the ability to understand and challenge an organisation’s requirements at all levels and translate it into a structured and controlled delivery approach using proven techniques. I have managed budgets up to £250 million, specialising in the delivery and assurance of large global outsourced IT networking solutions, strategic transformation programmes and complex systems development and integration projects. I have in-depth knowledge and experience of formulating strategy and communications, integration technologies, application development and package implementations. I have led assignments spanning established engagements with global blue chip telecoms company BT and global networking vendor Cisco, along with consulting engagements with the UK public sector healthcare provider the NHS.
