I assist Startups, Small and Medium-sized enterprises to improve their performance and results. I help to identify management problems, analyze those problems, recommend solutions, and help, when requested, in the implementation of solutions. You'll find me conducting training seminars, speaking at business meetings, kick-off events, and professional seminars. My aim? Transforming enterprises to improve their performance and results. I started my engineering/management career at Cable & Wireless, and then entered into technology & services sales management. When I began my consultancy, the primary focus was on helping companies increase their productivity via strategic planning, training and operational improvements. Outcomes have been increased sales of their new products/services. I also offer Independent Directorships and Freelance Copywriting services.
