I lead Enterprise Risk Consulting, a Risk Consulting practice that works with large and small organizations, other consulting firms and business start-ups across industry groups. My practice includes everything from full-scale enterprise risk engagements at large companies to providing business leadership at small firms and startups. I also work with larger consulting firms needing specialized Risk Management expertise on special projects or as they update their methodology and consulting processes.
