Developed a copyrighted cutting-edge stakeholder value/strategic planning model that provides for quantitative risk scoring of strategic alternatives. Model is used for consistent scoring of strategic alternatives and is the basis for the resolution of corporate governance/investor relations issues surrounding strategic decisions. The developed Model became the basis for the only Enterprise Risk Management Matrix in global use today. • Advanced the concept of proactive corporate governance that stresses proactive management involvement in stakeholder value/investor relations issues. • Developed a world-class competitive intelligence program that forecasts 18 months to two years ahead of the industry. Since forming Grünes Tal Associates, I have played a key role in winning a first-ever environmental toxicological forensic contract ($200,000 plus annual revenue) with a major European financial services company. In order to continue development of my C-Level Management abilities, I held contracted positions at Young Presidents’ Organization (Treasurer and Director of Financial Services) and Anschutz Texas, LP (Owner’s Representative and Interim Treasurer of associated Anschutz Corporation company). In addition, I have: • Provided capital acquisition and allocation consulting services to an international foundation and guided to a successful conclusion an exclusive worldwide distributorship arrangement between a US based contractor and an international provider of construction materials and power generation equipment. • Prepared a business and required financing plan for a proposed international reinsurer. This included working with local legal, insurance management and regulatory authorities.
