I´m a financial consultant and a professor of finance. I have a Ph. D. in Economics. I performed valuation of companies in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Ecuador, EE.UU, México and Bolivia. As an author, I wrote some books: "Finanzas Corporativas, un enfoque latinoamericano" (2nd edition, Alfaomega, 2010), "Cálculo Financiero Aplicado, un enfoque profesional" (2nd edition, La Ley, 2006) "Macroeconomía Explicada" (La Ley, 2008) and co-author of "Administración Financiera de las Organizaciones" (Macchi, 200).
