Determination and update of the Risk Appetite, ensuring that the appetite is consistent with the business strategy. Evaluation of financial risks (Market, Credit and Liquidity), monitoring that the limits are not exceeded, as well as the reviewal of the non-financial risks (Operational and legal) and the preparation of the executive presentation for the Risk and Compliance Committee. Evaluate the risk exposure limits and ensure that they are appropriate and useful for assessing the position of the investment portfolio. Ensure that the risk policy complies with the provisions of the CNSF as well as the implementation of new Regulation (Solvency II) for the Risk Management area as well as the rest of the company.
