I am Howard as you see. I have a small but powerful marketing consulting and tools. My partner is a Ph.D. in Psychology and Statistics. Match my MBA, it should be easy to have instant credibility. Our problem is it evolved in a market that, first is too small. But an unfortunate and unexpected very smug market that has absolutely no basis to feel that way. We work with customers who understand that it is far more effective and less expensive to hold on to current high value customers. It is extremely accurate and handles the two important question of who and when, needs contact all predetermined and the company gets weekly updates. Plus a very comprehensive series of reports and trend and results. After we stop the loss of customers then when go for more that share the key behaviors that make finding new customers to a highly targeted to those with the highest probability of being a high value customer themselves. We take the guesswork out of building client or customer bases.
