I've been working as an accountant in an outsourcing firm wich provides financial and accounting services and tax compliance for internacional companies located in Brazil. As a consultant durant a period of my career I had contact with technique of risk management techniques and corporate governance and I still study and research all I can about this subject as I thought it has much more to be evolve in all areas both business and private matters.
