 Risk Management Professional with broad experience ranging from Risk Framework development on a corporate level to practical RM execution on a business segment level  15 years of Financial Services Industry experience, including 13 years hands-on in Risk Management  Design and implementation of Basel II Framework and related Policies for Operational Risk  Risk Identification, Prioritization and Control, including COSO and Control Self Assessment frameworks  Sarbanes-Oxley program rollout, assessment and test preparation  Experience implementing and evaluating a wide range of business processes  Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Analysis skills  Experience coordinating all aspects of project delivery, stakeholders communication and PMO reporting
