I am the President of the Independent Mystery Shoppers' Coalition. (IMSC) I coordinate conferences throughout the United States that bring mystery shoppers, mystery shopping company owners schedulers, editors and clients who use mystery shopping programs together so we can all learn from one another. My main business challenge is improving the the professional appearance of the mystery shopping industry. With so many scams running rampant about our industry, this is a difficult task.
