I am currently employed by Ubombo Sugar Ltd as a Risk Copntrol Manager responsible for the implementation and ensuring compliance to Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental management systems in the organization. I hold a Masters degree in Business Leadership from UNISA majoring in Supply Chain Management and Project Management, Bachelor of Science in Agric from UNISWA, majoring in horticulture and crop production, Diploma in Agriculture from UNISWA and a Certificate in Sugar Cane Agriculture from South African Sugar Association and I also hold a certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from UNISA, completed in November 2010. I have also done a Safety Management Training Course (SAMTRAC) in July 2009 with NOSA. There are other numerous management related courses that I have done to improve my knowledge and skills in SHEQ and human resource management. These are enlisted in my CV attached with this application. I have been working in the sugar industry for 12 years now since 1998, first as a sugar cane growing manager and now an agricultural middle manager heading the Risk Control Department and a coordinator of the the QSHE systems at Ubombo Sugar as a whole. I have been able to achieve certification in all the systems (ISO 9001:2008, NOSA, OHSAS 18001:2007, and ISO 14001:2004) in the organization when we were being externally audited in July / August 2010. I am a hard working gentleman who is driven by results.
