Portfolio Manager in auto finance industry with Ally financial. Current position since 2008. Monitor accounts and identify trends and discuss issues with company management and/or customer dealer prinsipals depending on the circumstances. The position previously included underwriting responsibilities. These responsibilites are now handled by the risk department. I work in operations and my position now includes identifying opportunities and discussing them with sales and the growth department.
