I see a need in the Credit Community for Leadership and am looking for a career change that will allow me to help a company take their Credit Operations to the next level. I have significant leadership experience in Credit and Collections and Finance with increasing levels of responsibility from the Manager to Director level. Leadership in Collections and Corporate Accounting and Reporting for a prublicly traded company, Divisional Controller and Corporate Travel including negotiation of contracts with Airlines, Travel Agency and Credit Card Companies. Implement Change Management and Business Process change by implementing the SAP Order to Cash Modules on a Global Basis spending 2 1/2 years on the project and living out of the country for at least six months in countries such as China, Indonisia, Japan, Brazil, Venezua, and the UK. Numerous Leadership positions in outside organizations including the National Health & Beauty Manufactures Credit Group, National Food Manufacturers Credit Group, National Consumer Products Credit Group, NACM Midwest and Member of the Advisory Board, Diners Club International. SpecialtiesLeadership, Change Management, Process Improvement and People Development are my primary strengths with work experience primarily in Credit and Collections, Finance and Corporate Travel.
