In short I'm an independent Output Systems consultant. My main expertise is Advanced Function Printing/Presentation resource development. I have managed/coordinated the development of numerous Print-to-Mail applications at the State of Wisconsin. I'm attempting to break into Project Management/Coordination. I've taken Villanova's Project Management Certificate courses. In project management I'm in a catch 22 situation. I can't get projects (even as a JPM) because I don't have a PMP or CAPM. I don't have a PMP or CAPM because I don't have experience. I the Output systems area, getting my name out to the right people and obtaining a reasonable contract rate.
