Senior Fixed Income Trader, First Empire Securities, Hauppauge, NY. Currently responsible for following and making trading recommendations for a salesforce of 60 people in high grade corporate bonds. I have an extensive background in trading both institutional and retail corporates both in high yield and high grade bonds. My main challenge is getting a salesforce to become more active in high grade bonds and offer them as an alternative investment to their clients who predominantly purchase agencies, mortgage back securities, and CD's.
