RiskIQ (www.riskiq.com.au) is a boutique consulting firm specialising in systemic risk management. Our proprietary approach and tools enable large organisations to go beyond enterprise risk management to address the often hidden root causes of risk. We work in the Health Sector and Federal Defence sector. I am a principal and a co founder of the firm which has between 5 - 10 associates depending on the work load. I am currently based in the Cayman Islands for personal reasons (family). Our interest is in helping risk managers build on existing (linear) risk management models in order to enable them to respond more effectively unknown, hidden risks across systems. We have tools, questionnaires and processes to do this and offer courses to groups in addition to providing extensive consulting services. Initially, we can offer insights into online forums to help people understand the limitations of conventional risk management and ways to overcome them.
