Partner - VP Sales & Marketing; Infrastructure Partners International, LLC - with corporate office in Tampa, Florida and sales office in Windsor, CA- is a Project Development company, which was formed to assist clients planning major infrastructures on an owner-financed or public-private partnership (3P) basis. IPI’s specific services include “packaging” the professional skills required - such as Architect, Engineer, Contractor – in response to the Project Delivery System chosen. IPI can offer sources of Project Finance on a case-by-case basis. I am currently working with Alternative Energy programs in funding Waste to Energy projects in the US and elsewhere. In addition to the standard project delivery systems based on A/E design with competitive lump sum contracting or A/E Design-Build contracts, and Construction Management (CM at risk or fee), IPI is also experienced with ECP (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) contracts, and we are familiar with BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) and BOOT (Build-Own-Operate-Transfer) contracts.
