John E. Putnam, CPCU, ARM Consultant Putnam Assurance & Risk Services, LLC John’s consulting practices currently consists of three separate activities: • Provides Workers Compensation claims management services to Hub on all Pinnacol claims; • Provides insurance broker/agent services for a medium sized law firm and large school district ($750 m property schedule) ; and • Teaches a wide range of insurance continuing and professional education courses. John’s resume covers 42 years of experience in our business and includes service as a Claims Representative, Systems Procedures Analyst, Property & Casualty Producer/Client Executive, and Agency Officer, In addition, he teaches a wide range of insurance courses. John received his BA, from the University of Massachusetts and a MA from the University of Colorado. As noted above, he attained the CPCU and ARM professional designations which focus on insurance and risk management. Professional Accomplishment: John has served in his local, state, and national Independent Insurance Agents organizations and has held leadership positions in both the state and local affiliates. In those capacities, he has focused on a wide range of business and insurance issues ie Workers Compensation and Certificates of Insurance. Areas of Insurance/Risk Management Expertise: • Public school insurance and risk management services; • Workers Compensation claims management and loss control oversight; • Middle and Small Commercial Market Insurance Sales and Service; and • Insurance coverage form interpretation and instruction.
