John J. Gremmo III Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and President John Gremmo, 51, is a founder of the Company, YAR Management Inc., a full service business resource firm since 1984. YAR Management has secured many businesses with various forms of financings. Services offered include structured corporate financing, business brokerage, product rep & sales distribution, import & export, and investment product marketing. Mr. Gremmo has been Chairman, C.E.O. and President. to the Company since inception. Professional background includes 25 years of wall street- broker/dealer management experience. Mr. Gremmo also founded and funded some very prominent well known companies, among those is HandTrade.com. Thru Mr. Gremmo, HandTrade is a company that acquired one of histories most important intellectual properties and structured historic deals with companies like Cisco. HandTrade raised millions of dollars in the capital markets with Mr. Gremmo at the helm. Mr Gremmo developed technologies and funded Electroship International, which he sold in a stock swap to a public company. Mr. Gremmo has structured and restructured dozens of companies as well as developed business plans, implemented financing and brought companies public. Mr. Gremmo has served on both for-profit and non- profit boards of directors. His experience includes developing and managing electronic trading financial services businesses. Today he continues to evaluate, structure, and bring creative financing and business systems to small to medium size businesses. Mr. Gremmo studied for his Masters of Business Degree at Hofstra University and specialized in International Business and Finance. Mr. Gremmo also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York. While at the University’s, Mr. Gremmo was the recipient of many awards including First Place in the Phillip Morris International Collegiate Marketing Competition two years in a row.
