Director of Finance. Responsibility and Management of the Finance and Operations of the Company. Direct management of 20 employees in department and 85 employees overall. Monthly, Quarterly full package reporting including updated plans and forecasts. Daily communication with HQ including various weekly Management calls. Representation of the company with the Auditors, Clients, Suppliers, Banks, etc. Member of the Management Board including monthly meetings. Drafting of contracts, direct liason with legal counsel. Close work with the sales, services, legal and commercial teams.
