A good physical security professional in Spain and Portugal, recognized and appreciated by clients and market.  Knows clients/Market and understands their needs.  Expert in the certification and approval processes within certain key customers.  Good experience of indirect sales and management of long term relationships with partners, with a network of partners, integrators, installers and architects and engineers.  Sales person with excellent skills, with important references, in terms of sales size (a 3000-camera project) and figures (number of projects from 200 k€ and 1.2 M€).  High results, personally, as well as while working in a team  Steady growth in different jobs, like i.e. Pelco from 1 M€ to 10.5 M€ over 5 years, and 0.7 M€ to 9 M€ over 8 years in Ademco.  Good understanding of technical points.  Ability to manage a sales policy.  Ability to develop a team.  3 times in a position to successfully establish an new activity (Selco, today formerly Acal-BFI Optilas), a new department (CCTV Division; Ademco Video) and a subsidiary (Pelco): very able to take over and develop physical security activities in Spain and Portugal.
