Microfinance, Rural Finance, Risk Management Capacity Building in Microfinance Institutions. I am a Nicaraguan national, Social Anthropologist (ENAH, Mexico 1977) and Development Economist (IDS-Sussex University 1990, UK). Experience (+30 yrs) in Rural Rural Developments/Rural Markets/Rural Finance, as a consultant and Project Manager in Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador, Nicaragua and other Central American and Caribbean countries, working for IFAD and other UN and World Bank group agencies.
