Position: Trainer Assessor Job Summary: Position demands extreme attention to detail and analytical/problem solving capabilities and communicating with clients and candidates alike. Role requires working a DIDO and FIFO roster to various locations Qld including Chinchilla and Gladstone. Tasks include:  Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety  Generation of Safe Work Instructions, Hazard Registry and Job Safety Analysis  Incident prevention and hazard analysis technique employment  Individual and group instruction, training and assessment  Observing time constraints/training deadlines  Reading/ interpreting VET requirements and conditions  Issuing verbal/written instructions  Negotiating with clients/suppliers  Preparing/documenting job compliance and audits  Documenting candidate complaints  Answering candidate inquiries  One on One and Group Training and Assessment
