President and independent business and software consultant; currently working on business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, Private Equity representation, businerss brokering. Also develop systems for clinical trials data collection, Electronic Data Capture (EDC), protocol data entry system development, information handling, database development, and document management. Current clients include eResearchTechnology, Atlas Bronze Corporation, Merck, Centocor, Inc, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and a number of others. Have also spearheaded process re-engineering efforts and the creation of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for numerous Clinical Data Management and Clinical IT departments. Significant accomplishments include a complete Oracle based Edit-check application used by Centocor for several drug products including ReoPro and Remicade; preparation of electronic submission materials for the FDA for approval of Remicade; data cleaning programs for Merck for several products including Crixivan, Aggrastat, Fosamax, and Propecia; ICR/OCR program for automatic recognition of CRF data for Centocor, EDC protocol setup for a number of biopharma companies.
