I have worked for the Central bank of Botswana for 9 years. 2 years in the Back Office as a Supervisor overseeing payments and settlement of transations made on behalf of Government and the Central Bank. 4 years in the Front Office as a Dealer in Open Market Operations and the last 3 years as a Bank Supervisor in the Banking Supervision Department. Currently i am with Standard Chartered Bank as a Manager for Operational Risk for Consumer Banking.
