My name is Kymberlee Dougherty Tysk and I am the President of a risk management and insurance consulting company called Hummingbird Risk Advisors. We are a boutique firm that provides services to small to medium size elder care industry owners and operators - most specifically nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, hospice and the like with regard to risk management, loss prevention, safety, OSHA, and insurance.
