I’m an expert in the creation and the management and improvement of operating processes mainly aimed at the credit and fraud loss prevention. In over 15 years spent in multinational companies, one for all American Express, leader in premium consumer and corporate credit cards, I have covered challenging roles for financial loss reduction and effective coordination of cross functional human resources and efforts among operating areas, with consequent maximized productivity and improved service metrics. This activity has often also identified opportunities for replication of projects across the region. Through specific and focused actions, such as the creation of a multi skilled/language task force, and my effective participation in the National Fraud Prevention Forum coordinated by the Italian Banking Association, important reduction in fraud losses was achieved bringing the American Express Italian branch being first in International for fraud reduction (-44% YOY). Moreover, as Relationship Manager, I have conceived and managed an inter functional “Quality Board” aimed at Customer Satisfaction and constant improvement of the Customer Experience. Specific matured experience, together with strong organization, project management skills and people leadership capabilities, allow me today to guarantee to a company the control of projects and activities, as well as the prevention of financial losses through operating efficiency in terms of identification, investigation, collections and process gaps identification with consequent corrective actions identification.
