Lianne Kennedy Boudali is Senior Director for Counterterrorism Studies with Lime, where she also manages the North Africa research portfolio. Prior to joining Lime, Lianne was an International Policy Analyst with the RAND Corporation, where she conducted research on terrorism, counterterrorism, counterinsurgency, and security cooperation. She has testified before Congress regarding regional threats posed by al-Qa’ida, and she regularly speaks on issues relating to North African security. Prior to joining RAND, Lianne served as Senior Associate with the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point, where she also taught in the Department of Social Sciences. She holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Niger.
