I am a Consultant servicing school districts on WC reduction by reviewing loss data and targeting high areas of frequency including occupations; conduct property & liability inspections and conduct preventative/awareness training including the topics required by Cal/OSHA. I am looking to expand the client base and my skill set beyond the school sector. Main business challenge is to have the "decision makers" of the schools to support safety training and focus on why it is a benefit to provide training.
