As the Executive for Digital experience management (DXM) in Nedbank, I focus on providing a platform to enable a consistent digital user experience to our clients and staff. The initial focus is on the creation of a new Client Centred Digital Entry Point, encompassing a complete rewrite of Nedbank.co.za and associated mobile channel. In addition to delivering New Front End technologies to the Bank and enabling faster time to market, the programme will provide staff managing digital content greater control and flexibility though the establishment of a Digital Content Management capability.
