I am a agricultural commodity risk manager based in Monterrey, Mexico, my experience is focused on the management of the hedging strategies for Cattle feeders, pork feeders, farmers, broilers, soybeen mills and grain trading. We also do some of our work on mexican peso and natrual gas... Our main business challenges is related to the limited knowledge we have about risk managemnt mathematical models applied to the agricultural commodity industry... in order to learn more and new technics of hedging the risk...
