Design, review and deliver strategic, operational and tactial level security policies, including multi-national site operations in cross-cultural international environment. Lead, manage, develop, enhance and drive proactive risk-based shrinkage reduction system tailored to individual stores/inventories. Carry out timely general & strategic risk analysis of IPS assets, facilities and other interests by identifying and assessing new risk exposures. Ensure reduction in the number and gravity of security incidents, reduction of busines losses and protection of assets & people , through identification and implementation of mitigating measures. Establish and implement Business Continuity/Resilience Planning Systems. Develop and document standards for evaluating actual performance against set targets/objectives. Develop and manage Security budget and oversee expenditure plans, ensuring strict cost controls and thorough Risk and Return Assessment.
