With an overall experience of 20 years in the IT industry, of which the 8 years I have spent in the area of IT and Operational risk management, Information security and Business continuity management. As the Head of BCM –Americas and am responsible for overseeing Business Continuity planning, Disaster recovery, Crisis Management, Pandemic preparedness and IT–BCM risk management for the region. To provide world-class effective and efficient process-driven IT risk management services.
