o Designing Master Rating Scale o Development and validation of Acquisition and Behavioral Scorecard/Rating Models based on internal data, external data, expert judgment or hybrid. o Validation and Calibration of Vended models to ensure the vendor model is Basel II compliant and model output is bank’s representative instead of a generic one. o Econometric Modeling for PIT & TTC calibration, Stress Testing and for internal risk mitigation. o Design and Implementation of (tactical(Excel/PowerPoint) to fully digitized web based) Early Warning Monitoring System (Dashboards) for Portfolio Risk Monitoring and Model Performance. o Portfolios covered includes Traditional Retail(credit card, personal loan, Residential Mortgage) and commercial lending portfolios(C&I, CRE) as well as specialized lending portfolios(for eg, Project Finance, Banks, Bridging Finance, FIs, NFP, etc.).
