I am marketing manager at a major cleaning company in Australia. With the increase of the market penetration of our company, we are facing difficulties in creating an unanimous operation and contractor rating system. Australia is a great country but the main cities we operate on are far away form each other and travelling is not always an option, so we are trying to use modern technology to track the quality of our services.
