President of Segale Consulting Services, LLC I am a former insurance agency owner now providing a number of services for insurance and risk professionals and my own private clients. Design and present education courses nationally, including as National Faculty member for the Society of Certififed Insurance Counselors. Provide risk esposure analysis and claims review for insurance agents and brokers. Perform internal coverage and transactional audits for insurance agencts and brokers. Approved auditor for Westport Errors and Omissions program provided by Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America. Design customized procedure manuals for agent/broker offices and assisting, when necessary, in establishing their required procedures and standards. Serve as an expert witness on insurance related issues. Act as an insurance consultant for middle market accounts with an emphasis on property owners, manufacturers and contractors. Provide expert witness services for insurance-related litigation.
